SouthPark After Five

Symphony Park comes alive every Spring at SouthPark After Five, a free six-week happy hour and entertainment series hosted at the neighborhood park every Thursday starting on April 20. Picnic in the park with food trucks and a craft drinks, enjoy community programming, and unwind as live music fills the air.

Charlotte Turkey Trot

Kick off the holiday season in SouthPark at the annual Charlotte Turkey Trot, beginning and ending at the SouthPark Mall. For 35 years, families and friends have gathered on Thanksgiving Day to participate in the Trot, featuring an 8K run, 5K run/walk, 1 mile fun run/walk, and a Tot Trot.

Symphony in the Park Summer Pops

Wells Fargo Championship

Established in 2003, the Wells Fargo Championship quickly established itself as a favorite among PGA Tour players and spectators alike. Hosted just three miles south at beautiful Quail Hollow Club, the event is an economic driver for the SouthPark district and greater Charlotte region.
