Adam Rhew
President & Executive Director

As President and Executive Director of SouthPark Community Partners, Adam Rhew serves as the chief advocate, promoter, and connector for SouthPark, acting as an ambassador for business, retail, cultural, and residential initiatives that advance the district’s strategic priorities. Adam works alongside SCP’s partners to inspire public and private investment in SouthPark, shaping it to fulfill the community’s collective vision.
Prior to joining SouthPark Community Partners, Adam was part of a team focused on the economic and cultural vibrancy of the Uptown and South End districts at Charlotte Center City Partners. His work has been recognized by the International Downtown Association, where he was named a fellow in the Emerging Leaders program.
A native Charlottean, Adam was raised in SouthPark’s Beverly Woods neighborhood. He holds an MBA with distinction from Wake Forest University, an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an executive certificate in marketing strategy from the Yale School of Management.
Adam is currently in his second term on the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Community Equity Committee, is a director for GenerationNation, and serves as a Cub Scout leader. He and his wife, Gillian, are the proud parents of three sons.
