Plans for the redevelopment of this site call for up to 60,080 square feet of office space, 5,800 square feet of financial institution space, and 5,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space. It also calls for structured parking and the elimination of an existing artificial pond. This project is on the current site of TowneBank's SouthPark office, and the bank plans to remain on the site upon completion of the redevelopment.
