It would assemble the 10.7-acre Esplanade site and neighboring 2115 Rexford office site into one parcel, which would feature 675 multifamily units and 200,000 square feet of new office space (retaining the existing 77,000 s.f. of office at 2115 Rexford). The project also calls for a one-third-acre green space.
