Through a $21 million public-private partnership, SouthPark's signature green space will become a premier urban park and an asset for all of Charlotte. Plans call for enhancements to the park area, the addition of up to 12,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space, permanent public restroom facilities, and other amenities. The project is expected to break ground in summer 2026 and deliver in summer 2027.
