Hike Guide Drew Thrasher leads this popular 3-mile walk through the neighborhood of Jesse Brown’s on the SouthPark Loop.
Beyond the bustling business, shopping, and entertainment of SouthPark, there is also a rich history that can be explored through an “urban hike” on the Loop. See where the evangelist, Billy Graham & news broadcaster Charles Kuralt’s school building existed, visit a preserved African-American cemetery, & see where the businesses of the past meet present day titans of industry.
We will meet at Jesse Brown’s in Sharon Corners at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 2nd! Bring comfortable shoes and water.
