Mizu will offer food and drink specials March 21 through 24 for Sakura, a traditional Japanese celebration of spring and the blossoming cherry blossom trees:

• Cherry Blossom Cheesecake
• Sakura 75: Lychee Sake, Cherry Blossom, Lemon, and Sparkling Wine for $16
• Pink Blossom Roll: The rice in this special roll is infused with ikura so it turns pink!
