Steak 48 will be open with expanded hours from noon to 10 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 26. Guests can enjoy a special turkey dinner or order from the restaurant’s full menu of steaks, seafood, sides and desserts.
The $79 Thanksgiving dinner includes roasted turkey sourced from a farm just outside Raleigh, topped with signature black truffle cabernet pan gravy. It’s served with roasted carrots in a maple syrup, brown butter and apple cider reduction, traditional cranberry sauce and a choice of two holiday sides:

Pumpkin pie will also be available separately for $18.
