Sleep is one of the most powerful—and often overlooked—pillars of health. In this session, we’ll explore why quality sleep is essential for physical health, emotional well-being, and daily performance. You’ll gain a clear understanding of how sleep works, what happens when it’s lacking, and simple, practical strategies to improve your nightly rest.

The evening begins with a 55-minute yoga class led by Suzanne Bergen, followed by a brief, informative presentation from Thrive’s physicians. All levels are welcome, with modifications offered throughout. Please wear comfortable yoga attire and bring a mat.
