Join us for Yoga with Your Baby class! This program is designed for caregivers and babies 6 weeks old to 17 months who have NOT begun walking and offers a gentle, nurturing experience for babies and their caregivers. Each session begins with baby yoga, featuring soft movements for little ones alongside mindful stretching and breathwork for caregivers. After yoga, enjoy open playtime — a chance for babies to explore and for caregivers to connect in a relaxed, supportive space. Babies can stay in car seats or be held. Bring a mat or towel and a blanket for baby. Adults, please wear comfortable workout clothes. To help ensure a calm and connected experience, space is limited, and registration is required. Please only register the adult who will be attending; baby is included in your registration.
