Thursdays in SouthPark just got better.
Free live music, food trucks and drinks, and hands-on art experiences are coming back to Symphony Park six times this spring at SouthPark After 5, a free entertainment and happy hour series happening every Thursday from April 18-May 23.
Here's the Scoop:
- SouthPark After 5 is happening from 5-9pm every Thursday from April 18-May 23.
- The event is located at Symphony Park, at 4400 Sharon Rd., on the corner of Barclay Downs Drive and Carnegie Boulevard, adjacent to SouthPark Mall. Parking is free and there are paved walkways throughout the park.
- Come prepared with your favorite picnic blanket or chairs to sit in the lawn.
- There's a different musical performance each week, plus hands on activities for all ages.
- The event is free to attend and family and dog friendly. Dogs must be leashed and friendly.
- SouthPark After 5 attracted 25,000+ attendees over the course of 11 events in 2023.
Outside beverages and coolers will not be permitted. Outside food will be permitted.

- On the Border - The Ultimate Eagles Tribute
- Free caricatures with Rebecca Lipps and Jeff Mangum from 5pm-sunset

- SHELLEY RUFFIN "The Sounds of Memphis"
- Free coloring station with The Broken Crayon from 5pm-sunset
May 9
*Special ticketed events for the Wells Fargo Championship*
- May 9 - Yacht Rock Schooner, with opening act The Breakfast Club
- BONUS: Saturday, May 11 - September in the Park Ultimate Earth, Wind, and Fire and Chicago
May 16
- Landslide - A Tribute to Fleetwood Mac
- Free sunflowers for the first 500 attendees
May 23
- Coconut Groove Band, a Steely Dan Tribute
- Free coloring wall with DRAW IT by Mel from 5pm-sunset
Opening act from 5:30-6:30pm, main act from 7-9pm.
