You’re here because you care—because watching your child struggle is hard, and you want to help. The world isn’t built for neurodiverse minds, and that can make things feel overwhelming, frustrating, or isolating.

My role is to support both you and your child in making sense of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Using evidence-based strategies, I help young people feel empowered by having insight into their emotions, appropriately communicate their feelings to adults and peers, and have a tool box to use in response.
