SouthPark Community Partners worked with LandDesign to develop these concepts based on the community's desire for an extraordinary public space in SouthPark.

Through an innovative public-private partnership, TowneBank Symphony Park will become one of Charlotte's great community assets, a place where memories are made, communities convene and converse, and daily life buzzes with activity.

TowneBank will invest $1.5 million in this signature green space, which will be named TowneBank Symphony Park in recognition of the company's leadership investment. SouthPark Community Partners will raise an additional $3.5 million from the business community.

The City of Charlotte will invest $8 million via neighborhood and transportation bonds dedicated for SouthPark-area projects.

Simon Property Group will build two signature restaurants along the park's edge, at an estimated investment of $8 million, and will dedicate the land for public use.

Join the growing community of supporters to ensure TowneBank Symphony Park evolves into an extraordinary place for all.
