We're honored to announce that @cbreastfriends is our chosen charity partner for 2026.
Carolina Breast Friends supports breast cancer survivors and thrivers throughout Charlotte through resources, community, and compassionate care. This year, we're committed to creating space—literally and figuratively—for healing, connection, and gentle restoration.
On March 28 from 2:00–4:30 p.m., we're hosting a special complimentary event for survivors and thrivers. More details are coming soon, but mark your calendars now. This afternoon will be yours—gentle movement, restorative practices, and a sanctuary grounded in nervous system safety and support.
