STRONG Pilates is a high-intensity, low-impact hybrid workout that fuses traditional Pilates principles with cardio and strength training. In 45-minute classes, participants alternate between dynamic reformer flows and intense bursts of rowing or cycling using custom, dual-purpose machines known as the Rowformer and Bikeformer.
