Executive Chef Maria Gonzalez, the lead in Mizu Charlotte's kitchen. Her love for cooking started at a young age, helping her mom and grandma in the kitchen. She followed that love all the way to culinary school, then to some of Houston's most beloved kitchens, and now to Mizu's rooftop kitchen in SouthPark. Her philosophy is to learn the rules, then break them!
