The Specialty Shops SouthPark has been providing sophisticated and refined shopping and dining experiences to the neighborhood since 1979. The beautifully landscaped outdoor shopping center is located at the intersection of Roxborough Road and Carnegie Boulevard and brings a Palm Beach vibe to the heart of SouthPark. Phillips Place
Phillips Place opened in 1997 as one of the first mixed-use villages in the city featuring shops, restaurants, a hotel, and apartments all in one area. The impeccable open-air streetscapes are lined with trees and high end retailers and restaurants, and the center is home to more than 25 specialty shops and restaurants, nearly a third being locally owned.

Morrison
Morrison is a mixed-use specialty shopping center located at the intersection of Sharon and Colony roads that originally opened in 2006. Anchored by Barnes & Noble, the main street-style district is also home to an array of local boutiques, restaurants, and one of the best creameries in the region. Morrison is the perfect spot for a day of boutique hopping, with a high concentration of women-owned, trendy shops.

Located in between the Terraces at SouthPark and Phillips Place with entrances on Fairview and Sharon roads, Sharon Square has a distinctive roster of restaurants, shops, offices, and apartments.
