Lydia Heinz

Partnerships Director

Lydia is the Partnerships Director for SouthPark Community Partners, focused on creating connections between local businesses and the projects and initiatives shaping the district. She is passionate about finding meaningful ways for businesses to get involved and play a role in SouthPark’s future.

Lydia brings experience in business development, client engagement, and strategic partnerships. Before joining SouthPark Community Partners, she worked at Insight Global, where she built relationships with business leaders throughout the Charlotte region. She partnered with clients across a range of industries, helping them achieve their goals and drive growth.

Lydia holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Tennessee and moved to Charlotte following graduation. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, cooking, and walking her way through Charlotte’s charming neighborhoods.
