Every Monday this October, get moving on the SouthPark Loop with a free community workout led by local fitness partners.

The Fall Fitness Series on the SouthPark Loop is made possible by

See the lineup:

  • October 6 - Low impact, high intensity, full body resistance based strength training that focuses on one muscle group at a time, lead by [solidcore]
  • October 13 - Upbeat, family-friendly Mindful Flow class where you can move, breathe, connect, and laugh, led by Palestra Spa & Studio trainer Patti Kryzanowski
  • October 20 - Move through a variety of circuits using bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, and functional training moves with The Motion Fitness trainer Tara Kimbell
  • October 27 - Flow in a Vinyasa yoga practice intended to build heat, detoxify, and balance strength and flexibility, led by Harris YMCA

BONUS: Recover after your workout with a free cold plunge, thanks to Sweathouz SouthPark. Don't forget your towel! 

Details:

  • Hosted at the Loop segment at The Colony Apartments
  • Event begins at 5:30pm, workout from 5:45-6:30pm
  • Free to attend, registration is required 
  • Please bring a yoga mat or towel, and water.
  • All workouts are open to all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.

The Loop is a 3 mile urban trail that creates and connects great places in the SouthPark area. This pedestrian-centered initiative will create a healthy, vibrant, colorful, and convenient activity center, featuring a variety of amenity zones, programming, and art.
